Let's talk

Nov 02, 2026

Don't call me coach. Call me friend, peer, unbiased shoulder to lean on....

Call me the person you can say “I have absolutely no idea what to do next” to without feeling you should immediately surrender your qualifications.

Put Me In, Coach!

Somewhere along the way, we picked up the idea that capable people should be able to work everything out themselves.

Lead the team. Navigate the difficult conversation. Make sense of the project. Write the report. Write the book. Preferably before lunch, while looking composed and remembering the password.

And when we struggle? We quietly assume everyone else has received an instruction manual that somehow missed our inbox.

I have spent enough years auditing, teaching, writing, and working with people to know that experience does not make us immune to getting stuck. Sometimes it simply gives us more sophisticated ways to disguise it.

Which is why we are adding something more personal to LG3.

Let’s Just Speak.

A conversation. Some breathing room. A chance to put the jumble on the table and work out which thread to pull first.

You bring the challenge. I bring experience, questions, an independent perspective, and the occasional well-timed “Hang on. Why are you assuming that?”

Because sometimes the thing holding us back is an assumption that has quietly promoted itself to a fact.

For the work that has you scratching your head

Our individual sessions draw on the subjects you already know us for: audit, fraud awareness, construction and project management, professional communication, training, and the practical use of AI at work.

Perhaps you need to explain an audit finding so someone will actually act on it. Perhaps a project has become a tangle of competing priorities. Perhaps you have a presentation coming up and your opening currently has all the electricity of a damp sock.

Or perhaps you know your subject inside out, but getting your voice heard is another matter entirely.

We can talk it through, challenge the thinking, rehearse the conversation, and turn “I really ought to” into a practical next step.

There is room here for the experienced professional, the person finding their feet, and the person wondering how they became responsible for quite so many feet in the first place.

And for the book you keep promising yourself you will write

We are also adding nonfiction writing progress support.

You know that book.

The one living in your head, a crowded notebook, seventeen Word documents, and a folder called “FINAL,” which contains nothing remotely final.

Perhaps you have years of expertise that deserve a wider audience. Perhaps you have a story with lessons others could use. Perhaps you have started writing, reached chapter three, and discovered that reorganizing the kitchen suddenly feels urgent.

As an author, I know the distance between having something to say and producing a manuscript. It can feel surprisingly long when you are walking it alone.

Our writing sessions will help you clarify what your book is trying to do, who it is for, how its ideas fit together, and what you can realistically write next. We can work through tangled chapters, wandering arguments, stalled momentum, and the delicate art of finishing something before rewriting the opening for the twenty-third time.

The words and the voice remain yours. You gain someone to help you keep moving, ask useful questions, and hold you to the commitments you make to yourself.

A little encouragement. A little accountability. And, when necessary, a gentle reminder that researching another notebook does not count as writing.

You do not have to arrive with everything neatly packaged

You can arrive with a question, a rough draft, a difficult decision, or a fairly spectacular muddle.

We start there.

The first Let’s Just Speak session is $125 for one hour: time to explore what is happening, identify what matters most, and agree on a useful way forward.

Sometimes one conversation is enough to loosen the knot. Sometimes a few sessions give you the rhythm and support to make steady progress.

Either way, you deserve space to think out loud with someone who is listening.

So, if a professional challenge is going around in circles, or that nonfiction book keeps waving at you from the sidelines, come and join me at LG3.

Pull up a chair. Bring the muddle.

Let’s just speak.

Learn it. Grow it. Own it.
