Halfway to Launch, and the Coffee Is Working Overtime

We are halfway through the week before LG3 launches, and I have reached that peculiar stage where my to-do list seems to grow whenever I look away from it.

The courses are taking shape. The videos are being recorded. The little details that nobody sees until one goes wrong are getting their turn under the microscope. And yes, there have been moments when I have looked at a file and said, “We were getting along beautifully yesterday. What happened?”

Building LG3 has reminded me of something I teach in project management: a plan gives you direction, but progress comes from responding to what actually happens. A recording needs another take. An explanation needs a better example. A button needs checking. You make the adjustment, then keep moving.

That is the spirit behind LG3. I want you to leave a class with something you can use. A question to ask about a project invoice. A clearer way to prompt an AI tool. The confidence to notice a fraud flag hiding in plain sight. Learning should travel with you into the next meeting, the next decision, and the next challenge.

So, halfway to launch, I am tired, excited, occasionally arguing with technology, and very glad we are doing this.
