Today, We Open the Door

At 3 p.m. California time, LG3 goes live.

I have written that sentence several times. I have also checked the website, checked it again, made another cup of tea, and considered whether fingernails are an essential part of the human hand.

Launching something you care about is strange. You spend months making decisions, solving problems, recording lessons, rerecording lessons, and discovering that a dog has impeccable timing when you press Record. Then suddenly there is a date, a time, and a button that says Publish.

Here we are.

I built LG3 for people who want to take what they learn and use it. People with questions they are almost afraid to ask. People who have sat through a class full of impressive words and left wondering what to do on Monday morning.

You belong here.

We are opening with courses in construction audit, AI, prompt engineering, and project management, with more on the way. Some are deep dives. Some are a place to begin. All are made with the same promise: practical teaching, plain English, and room to grow. There are free ways to get started, too.

Today is also my wedding anniversary. Twenty-four years ago, I made a leap into a new chapter with someone beside me. Today, I am making another leap, with a great many people who have encouraged me along the way. That feels rather lovely, even if I am currently chewing my nails.

If you have been waiting for the perfect moment to learn something new, I have a small confession: perfect moments are hard to find. Sometimes you choose a moment, open the door, and begin.

At 3 p.m. California time, the door opens. I would love to see you there.

Learn and Grow with LG3. Learn it. Grow it. Own it.
